I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit on the small side by Japanese business hotel standards, but it had everything I needed, including a refrigerator and free bottled water. The service was delightful with polite staff who really took care of me. However, the location was a mixed bag; while it was close to the hustle of Tenjin and the Yatai food stalls, it was a bit further from the train station.
